Swallow Guitars would like to send you shipping - delivery policy

 

1. Range of application

All customers who purchase products online through the Website, Fanpage or customers who buy products at the showroom and desire a home delivery.

 

2. Form of application

2.1. Free shipping

Swallow Guitars applies free - more within  radius of 10 km from Swallow Guitars’ Showroom to consignee‘s address. If more within  radius of 10 km, please pay shipping fee.

2.2. Shipping charge

- The orders are sent to other cities, provinces and foreign countries, it will be charged shipping fee according to the price list of 3rd shipping party. Shipping charge will be announced and confirm with you before shipment.

- Swallow Guitars commonly uses the shipping modes: EMS, TNT, UPS ... from the reputable shipping companies to ensure safety of your products and convenience to follow process.

- Shipping charge: calculated based on the shipping mode you choose and weight or weight converted from the size of package (for bulky goods). Weight calculation will  be converted as follows:

 

Weight (kg) = length (cm) x width (cm) x Height (cm) / 6000

 

- Delivery time: From 2-3 days for domestic shipping, and 5-10 days for international shipping (except Saturday, Sunday)

- Goods Package: Packaging mode of Swallow Guitars always ensures safety during transportation.

- When receiving your order, Swallow Guitars’ staff will contact you to agree on the shipping mode.

- After shipment, Swallow Guitars’ staff will  notify you of relevant information such as tracking number, shipping form, shipping carrier, ... so you can follow and check the schedule. (You can look up the schedule of your order on the Internet system of shipping company through the tracking number we provide).
